The prize gave the campaign real stopping power (a £2,999 kayak tends to get attention).

Keeping relevant offers close to hand

A persistent wallet experience surfaced the email capture offer alongside product recommendations weighted toward bestsellers and items similar to what each visitor had browsed or added to their basket.

This kept the most relevant offers visible without interrupting the shopping experience.

Recovering customers on the way out

Visitors who had browsed or added items to their basket without converting were shown a 10% off offer on full-priced items, excluding sale products, to bring them back and close the sale.

A price match promise reassured visitors that Flow Kayaks checks prices daily and will match or beat any competitor. No discount needed. Just the confidence to buy now.
